	SYLAOS INTERNATIONAL is a service company based in Paris, France, specialized in service consulting and computer systems engineering. We help companies implement Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We deal with major accounts as well as smaller companies, in areas such as banking, insurance, finance, television and the press, energy, aeronautics and multimedia. SYLAOS offers companies knowledge including support, consulting services and project management in development environments both innovative and traditional, using Internet technology.
Our specialties Projects based on Web technology, Internet, Intranet site, Extranet, Groupware and Workflow. ERP deployments under PeopleSoft, SAP and JDE. Projects based on client-server technology. Projects designed on the principle of object-oriented concepts. Monitoring Groupware and Workflow projects, especially the human and organizational aspects. Associates are carefully recruited and then posted in either Canada, the United States, Switzerland or France to favor the synergy of knowledge and know-how.

	Ausy has always favored partnerships, both with it's customers and associates. This enables us to establish a strong, confidence-based relation between both
parties as well as information exchanges and skill transfers. Ausy has focused mainly on three of the major computer market actors in order to offer customers a comparable level of competence on all of them. With over five years experience, our Groupware team therefore guarantees a high level of expertise to advise and assist you in implementing your Groupware or the design and deployment of your Intranet, Extranet or Internet site under Domino Ausy has long-standing database management expertise, both on large systems and on personal computers. We decided to broaden our cooperation with Nat Systèmes because their development tools are among the most powerful for large-scale projects. Ausy is a member of National Instruments' ALLIANCE program. This partnership is enhanced by a pool of about fifteen engineers specialized in LabVIEW and LabWindows CVI products.

	Founded in 1988, ProActive Partners is a consulting engineering firm dedicated to ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
Our activities are mainly centered in French-speaking Switzerland and they are expanding in Western Europe. Present customers are above all in the Geneva - Lausanne - Montreux areas. They are mostly large service companies in the tertiary (banks, insurance, services), public (administration and health) and manufacturing (mechanical, electronics, food-processing) sectors. Strong demands from a multinational clientele, as well as our ability to handle contracts with very high added value allow us to broaden the scope of our operations at the international level without any particular geographic constraints.
